The specialty of 1 Acropolis! The Feasibility Study Workshop (FSW) is a unique exploration of project intentions and feasibility. Ideally a 2-day workshop (though it can be done in a single, longer day), we help pull out the most passionate intentions of potential venue projects. This project may be well-defined or still in the sculpting process when the workshop occurs. Together, with your committee of invested participants, 1 Acropolis will help you answer the difficult questions that have prevented forward momentum and success.

Written Review of Conditions

Are you a bit frustrated with your facility and need an impartial expert to assist? 1 Acropolis can offer an honest evaluation of your space from a technical perspective, looking at issues such as:

Basic Recommendations

Take the Review of Conditions one step further with a set of basic recommendations pertinent to the goals of your organization. While this does not include detailed action to achieve these recommendations, a written summary of recommendations will be provided.

Renovation Feasibility Study Workshop

The Renovation Feasibility Study Workshop (RFSW) is similar to the FSW, however, it looks at established venues with a desire to complete an extensive renovation project.
