1 Acropolis is interested in helping you achieve your goals! Every project is unique with anticipated needs and requirements specific to the project’s success. A listing of approximate fees is outlined below, however, all projects are negotiated with the client and these fees may be slightly higher or slightly lower depending upon your project goals. - Initial Consultation (remote only) - free
- Written Review of Conditions - $750
- Basic Recommendation - $1250
- Feasibility Study* - $2500
- Renovation Study** - $2000

- installation supervision - $1000 (day 1)/$500(each additional day)
- Project Management - Price on application
- Season Curation/Artist Booking/Contract Negotiation - Price on application
- Major Projects - 3-4% of total theatrical design costs
- Hourly Rates - $75/hour
*Feasibility Study can be for a planned project, project exploration, or facility renovation/refurbishment. The study is tailored to the project and usually occurs over a two-day period.
**Renovation Study is designed for planned projects in an existing space. If you are not certain of the direction of your renovation, consider the Feasibility Study your first step.
Above pricing is NOT inclusive of all travel and lodging fees, hospitality and per diem costs. These additional fees (when necessary) are based on location and travel requirements
